• Alpington & Bergh Apton VA Primary School (Friends Assoc)  A pupil-led project to replace an ageing Trim Trail with a new, inclusive wooden play structure.
• Baby Basics Lowestoft  Relocation to larger premises in order to expand the service.
• Break  Volunteer mentoring: one-to-one practical and emotional support for young people in and leaving care
• Cloth of Kindness  Working with Norfolk Libraries in rural locations to deliver well-being sewing sessions.
• DanceEast  Dance Pathways: Widening Access to Dance Training for Disadvantaged Young People in Norfolk
• Dentaid - The dental charity  The provision of 6 dental clinics, delivering free of charge dentistry in Norfolk.
• Disability Advice North East Suffolk DANES   Supporting the disabled and elderly in Waveney
• Duffles Pond Volunteer Group  Construction of a new Wildlife Observation Hide to replace the existing shelter.
• Fakenham And District Light Operatic Society  Purchase of raised seating platforms and legs with safety railings
• INK (from pen to performance)  Teen Suicide Prevention Tour of The Drummer Boy in up to 20 schools in Norfolk.
• Inspire Suffolk Ltd  Positive youth activities and safe spaces for young people in Lowestoft
• Light Of Life Baptist Church  Replacing the roof on the Church Building
• Little Ouse Headwaters Project  Restoration of newly purchased reserve on the Norfolk bank of the Little Ouse river
• Margaret Harker Hall & Blofield Memorial Ground  Better Community Access Project - to encourage and facilitate more community access and use.
• Mid Norfolk Mencap  To replace furniture, appliances and refurbish the Tavern Lane Hub
• Nancy Oldfield Trust  To replace old quay heading and walkway decking which surround the slipway.
• NARS (Norfolk Accident Rescue Service)  To invest in improved facilities for the onsite medical training centre.
• Nelson's Journey  Support to deliver two Therapeutic Weekends for bereaved children.
• Pathways Care Farm  To create an accessible car park for wheelchair users who attend our services and café.
• PCC of Beccles with Worlingham, North Cove and Barnby  St Botolph's Church, North Cove: repairs and new lighting for mural paintings, plus new information boards.
• Playing for Cake  Singing for Health, Harmony & Happiness sessions in Aylsham & North Walsham.
• POP ARTS  Pop Arts - Music Technology Club, Lowestoft
• Rewild Wellbeing CIC  Regular wellbeing and nature-therapy activities
• Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association  Carnival of Cultures at the Royal Norfolk Show
• Royal Society for the Protection of Birds  Safeguarding RSPB Titchwell by limiting the impact of climate change on Volunteer Marsh.
• Sewell Barn Theatre   Electrical improvements and rewiring of the theatre
• Sr Mary's Church, Wimbotsham  Repair and replacement of the Chancel Roof.
• St Edmunds Society  Ventilation for a new basement classroom for Maths and English students.
• St Luke's Church, New Catton  St Luke's Church Centre - replace dangerous and broken slabs on drive/paths

• The Clare School (Care for Clare)  Operation Playground - Making our playground inclusive for us all
• The Feed Foundation  Support towards the delivery of our Social Supermarket and community hub
• The Salvation Army  East of England Divisional Summer School for children and young people aged 11-25.
• Voluntary Norfolk  Skilled, Safe, and Ready: Investing in training for Norfolk's volunteers
• Walsingham College Trust Association  2026 Youth Pilgrimage: residential event for young people, with subsidised access
• Warham Parish Council  Grant application for establishment of new village children's playground
• Woodton Village Hall  Replacing a leaking felt roof
• 3rd & 4th Norwich Sea Scouts  Replacement of perimeter wooden fence and posts
• Chedgrave Parish Council  To modernise a play area & replace ageing equipment (approx 20 years old) which has become irreparable
• Childhood First - Institute Integrated Systemic Therapy  Additional space required for therpy and family contacts at Earthsea House.
• Denver Playing Field Association  To provide an exciting, innovative play area that accommodates a wide range of ages and abilities
• ENYP  Initiatives that support those suffering from food poverty e.g. mobile food pantry and social supermarket
• Equal Lives  Our Child Protection Advocates support local Disabled parents through child protection processes.
• FLORDON PARISH COUNCIL  Phase Three - Re-purpose play equipment and add new slide and springy
• Get Me Out The Four Walls  Preventing isolation and supporting parental mental health through new activities at Norwich Hub
• Give Two Figs  To provide 1 additional staff member for our volunteer sessions & continue our young growers course at Hevingham
• Glide Surf Community Initiative  Grom Squad Shredders: boosting youth mental health and resilience in Norfolk through surf skills
• Headway Suffolk Ltd  To set up a neuro well being hub in Waveney, to take over the work of Headway Norfolk and Waveney which has sadly now ceased trading.
• Home-Start in Suffolk  Building capacity: equipping volunteers and staff to support Waveney families with complex needs.
• HOPE FOR TOMORROW  Helping the Norfolk community have equal access to cancer services through mobile cancer care.
• MensCraft  Combatting Loneliness and Social Isolation in Men in Norfolk
• Norfolk and Waveney MIND  Connecting Nature and People - Wellbeing in later life (CN&P) A three year project for the over 55
• Norwich Arts Centre  Female focussed twice monthly facilitated cultural learning sessions, monthly visits,2 day festival

• St Elizabeth Hospice Suffolk  A community hospice for Gt Yarmouth & Waveney meeting needs of today, tomorrow and for years to come
• St Matthew's Church, Thorpe Hamlet  Children & Family Worker to support families and community at St. Matthew’s Church
• St Peter's Church Spexhall  St Peter's Church, Spexhall - repairs to round tower, nave roof, gutters and walls.
• The Blossom Charity  Help fund makeover days for women recovering from cancer in Norfolk & Waveney Valley
• The Common Lot  The Market Show: a large-scale participatory theatre event celebrating the heart of our city in July 2026
• The Yorke Trust  To replace our old piano with a refurbished high quality concert piano for performances
• Wellspring Family Centre  To provide low-cost, nutritious food and essential toiletries though our Food Cabin in Dereham.
